Take part in surf life saving sports and learn how to enjoy the beach safely in this introduction to surf life saving in honor of International Women's Day.
At this 2-hour beach fitness seminar from Israel Life Saving Federation, participants will learn:
basic offshore life-saving skills with and without aids (tubes and rescue boards)
basic awareness of the ocean and surf environment and its risks
how to adapt swimming skills to the surf and waves
