Adv. Segelov is an Economics/Law graduate of the University of Sydney, Australia and in 1987 she was admitted as a solicitor to the Law Society of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. In 1991, Adv. Segelov was admitted to the Israel Bar Association.

Adv. Segelov is founder and owner of Kangaroo Migration Services Ltd. and is the only Israeli and Australian qualified lawyer in Israel specializing in migration issues
